IF IOS on flash has been deleted and there is a backup on TFTP Server , then type in ROMMON :
    Code:
    rommon 1 > IP_ADDRESS=10.0.0.1
    rommon 2 > IP_SUBNET_MASK=255.0.0.0
    rommon 3 > DEFAULT_GATEWAY=10.0.0.1
    rommon 4 > TFTP_SERVER=10.0.0.3
    rommon 5 > TFTP_FILE=c1841-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T1.bin
    rommon 6 > tftpdnld
Step 1 ~ 3 : are basically the way you tell the device who it is.
Step 4 ~ 5 : are the TFTP Address on the network and the IOS File name
Step 6 : is to perform a copying from TFTP to flash
