    Linux command issue

    I am trying to use :
    Code:
    sed -i -e "s/.*seb.*/    \"$ftp_login_tmp\"/" $ftp_dir
    But i get this error :
    Code:
    sed: -e expression #1, char 34: unknown option to `s'

    I guess problem is with slashes, however sed can take as delimiter any char, try that command instead:
    Code:
    sed -e 's@expr1@expr2@'
