why not assign ports to dynamic desirable ?

I am preparing for CCNA ,but got a question : is it better to assign interfaces to dynamic desirable , or not ?

In switchs do not ever let an int switch mode to dynamic or dynamic desirable as it means
it will be trunk or access depends on the connected device , if switch is connected to the switch
it will flip to Trunk port , but if someone brought his own switch and connected it to the company
switch , then he will be able to see all VLAN database and destroy them
