Open SDM & Establish a connection then follow these steps :
    1) Go to Configure tab
    2) scroll down and click on Additional Tasks and then choose DHCP
    3) There should be something called DHCP Pool , this will be your DHCP Server
    4) Add a new DHCP Pool
So before going to step 5 , lets assume that you got a network class C [192.168.1.0 ~ 192.168.1.256]
---and you got ips range from 192.168.1.10 ~ 192.168.1.250
    5) Give the DHCP pool a name , for example : Network Class C Pool
---And the DHCP Pool Network would be : 192.168.1.0
    ---Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
    ---Starting IP : 192.168.1.10
    ---Ending IP : 192.168.1.250
---Lease Lenght could be 1 day , but just do not use Never Expire because it will be permenettly reserved for one PC
---DNS Server : 4.2.2.2 <<< This is a Famous DNS server over the Web , you can actually leave it bland and it will
---use the DNS given by the ISP
---Default Router : 192.168.1.1 [Your Router IP Address]
