    What is the usefulness of Sleep(0) in MFC or WIN32?

    Should I use it my code?

    Any bad performance on application if I use it?

    Sleep with 0 timeout let other thread chance to get access to CPU if it currently waiting.

    If you are having multiple threads in your application and you would like to let other thread take access of CPU than it is quite helpful to use Sleep(0) from thread.
